Newsletter regulations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

ESMEDIC store<\/p>\n

\n\u00a7 1 DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Newsletter – a service provided free of charge electronically, thanks to which the Service
\nUser may receive from the Service Provider electronically previously ordered messages
\nregarding the Store, including information about offers, promotions and new products in the
\nStore.<\/p>\n

Store \u2013 ESMEDIC online store run by the Service Provider at https:\/\/esmedic.pl<\/p>\n

\nentered into the National Court Register – Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court for

\nno. 520064629, share capital: PLN 5,000.00.<\/p>\n

Service Recipient – any entity using the Newsletter service.<\/p>\n

\n\u00a7 2 Newsletter<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1. The service recipient may voluntarily use the Newsletter service.
\n2. To use the Newsletter service, you need a device with the latest version of a web browser
\nthat supports JavaScript and cookies, access to the Internet and an active e-mail account.
\n3. E-mail messages sent as part of this service will be sent to the e-mail address provided by
\nthe Service User when subscribing to the Newsletter.
\n4. In order to conclude a contract and subscribe to the Newsletter service, the Service
\nRecipient, in the first step, provides his e-mail address in the designated place on the
\nWebsite to which he wants to receive messages sent as part of the Newsletter. Then, to the
\ne-mail address provided in the first step, the Service Provider will send the Service User a
\nmessage verifying the e-mail address, which will include a link to confirm the Service User’s
\nwill to subscribe to the Newsletter. After the Service Recipient confirms his will to subscribe
\nto the Newsletter, a service provision agreement is concluded and the Service Provider will
\nstart providing it to the Service Recipient.
\n5. Messages sent as part of the Newsletter will include information about the possibility of
\nunsubscribing from it, as well as a link to unsubscribe.
\n6. The Service Recipient may unsubscribe from the Newsletter, without giving a reason or
\nincurring any costs, at any time, using the option referred to in section 5 or by sending a
\nmessage to the Service Provider’s e-mail address: biuro@esmedic.pl.
\n7. If the Service User uses the link to unsubscribe from the Newsletter or sends a message
\nrequesting unsubscription from the Newsletter, this will result in immediate termination of the
\ncontract for the provision of this service.<\/p>\n

\n\u00a7 3 Complaints<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1. Complaints regarding the Newsletter should be reported to the Service Provider at the
\ne-mail address: biuro@esmedic.pl.
\n2. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving the
\ncomplaint.<\/p>\n

\n\u00a7 4 Personal data<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1. The administrator of personal data provided by the Service User when using the
\nNewsletter is the Service Provider.
\n2. The Service Recipient’s personal data are processed on the basis of the contract and for
\nthe purpose of its implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the General
\nRegulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR).
\nDetailed information on data processing by the Seller can be found in the privacy policy
\nposted in the Store.<\/p>\n

\n\u00a7 5 Final provisions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change these regulations only for important
\nreasons. An important reason is understood as the need to change the regulations caused
\nby the modernization of the Newsletter service or a change in legal provisions affecting the
\nprovision of the service by the Service Provider.
\n2. Information about the planned change to the regulations will be sent to the e-mail address
\nof the Service User provided when subscribing to the Newsletter at least 7 days before the
\nchanges come into force.
\n3. If the Service Recipient does not object to the planned changes until they enter into force,
\nit is assumed that he accepts them.
\n4. If the planned changes are not accepted, the Service Recipient should send information
\nabout it to the Service Provider’s e-mail address: biuro@esmedic.pl, which will result in
\ntermination of the service provision agreement when the planned changes come into force.
